Travel back in time with Google Street View

Google Map's Street View has added time travel as a feature allowing viewers to go back into the past and view how a place has changed year-by-year. Google has been collecting images of places for seven years since 2007 and these are used in the new feature. Some pictures like the reconstruction in Japan after the devastating 2011 earthquake and tsunami are shown. You can witness the construction of important landmarks such as the Freedom Tower in New York City or the 2014 Brazil World Cup Stadium. You can even experience different seasons and see what it would be like to drive through the countryside in Europe during the summer, spring, winter or fall. To use the new feature, click on the clock icon in the upper left-hand of a Street View image and move slider through time to rewind to the past or fast forward to the present. New Bodai Restaurant
My favorite restaurant is New Bodai Restaurant. It is located at 59-8 Main St, Flushing, NY 11355. This restaurant opens at 11:00 am – 10:30 pm.They serve vegetarian chinese food. There are many chinese dim suns and typically Taiwanese food you can choose from. It is one of the best vegetarian chinese food in Flushing.

Happy Buddha Restaurant
Hot Salty Soy Bean Milk
I love many foods that this restaurant serves. One of them is Veg. Roast Meat Noodle Soup. It is contains noodles, tofu meat, and soup. Another is Hot Salty Soy Bean Milk. This is what we drink in the morning with other foods. If this restaurant closed down I would go to Happy Buddha Restaurant because it also a sells vegetarian chinese food just not as good.If you were to come to this some other food you should try are
Mango Pudding, Fried Salty Custard, and Spinach & Corn Thick Soup.

This restaurant originally started somewhere else in New York. The original restaurant shut down and the owner's son then decided to reopen the restaurant. So he opened New Bodai Restaurant. My parents were good friends with the old owners of New Bodai Restaurant.  I am so glad this restaurant reopen.

After a long partnership and a trade-in spat, BlackBerry severs ties with T-Mobile

The feud between CEO John Chen, from BlackBerry, and T-Mobile led the company BlackBerry to  the April 25 expire T-Mobile's license to sell BlackBerry products. Given the recent spat between the two companies over a T-Mobile offer that encouraged users to trade-in their BlackBerrys that Chen deemed an "inappropriate and ill-conceived."Even before the offer launched, the carrier had already pulled BlackBerry devices from its store shelves. According to Chen, ending its partnership with T-Mobile comes with some regret but BlackBerry is holding the door open for a future deal. How can a wiki be used in your current classes? (tip: Use the Internet, here is a good source). Be specific to your classes!
Wiki can be used as a discussion page between the students and the teacher. In World History, we use wiki's to post projects or study guide for the class. We can also use wiki as a place for debates between students.
What are the benefits of using a wiki?
The benefits of using a wiki are we are able to edit projects between students and see what others wrote that can compare. If we are peer editing someone's paper we can just make the corrections on his or her wiki.
How can we create one in this class and utilize it?
We can create one in class on wiki-spaces and use it to share projects or tech article. We could also use it to do a big project among the students.
What experience do you have using or creating wikis?
I have used wiki-spaces and wiki-dots for projects the past years.
